IXEN60N120D1 Supplier or Equivalent?

Hi,

I'm looking for a supplier of the IXEN60N120D1 which is a 1200V, 100A IGBT.

I normally buy them from RS Components, but they are out of stock until end of Feb. I can't seem to find anything equivalent to it for a similar price. Anybody know of one?

What on earth do you need that for? What are you building?

Digikey sells em for about $40 each.

It is for switching power to a capacitive load for physics experiments. It is a bit overkill, but they've worked well for me before.
