Some of the dvr cards cannot hold a picture still. Some cards even when it's only on one camera running the image is jumpy. It's as if someone is tapping on the camera which makes the image jump.
When all four cameras are on all four images jump but not at the same time.
Could it be a bad 28.63636 Crystal? If so is there a replacement for that crystal since the ones I'm locating are now SMD, not pin.
I need the pin type.
