Hi..i am using ISD 1730 in stand alone mode giving input through a microphone...i built the circuit given in the datasheet on a bread board...but by mistake i connected the decoupling capacitors in series instead of parallel between the various Vccs and grounds..with the negative of capacitors towards ground...when i constructed this circuit...the LED used to flash 7 times...which they say is an indication of abnormal working of the chip....then i found the mistake in the circuit and connected the capacitors in parallel...now the circuit is exactly as shown in the datasheet...but the LED is not glowing since then...has my chip been damaged..?? can there be any other mistake?
