Many amplifier and speaker manufacturers LIE about their power ratings.
The minimum allowed total speaker impedance must be followed to avoid overloading the amplifier.
NO DETAILS were provided about if the amplifier protects itself or blows up if overloaded. Also NO DETAILS were provided for the speakers.
Maybe the minimum load on the amplifier is 4 ohms but each speaker is 4 ohms. Two 4 ohm speakers in parallel have a total of only 2 ohms.
