IR diode Fc

Hello Board ,

Kindly advice me what exactly does Fc spec means and how it differes one diode to other . https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2011/09/tssf4500.pdf
does this means it could be chopped at this freq max.

Hi,
Its the Frequency cut off 'fc', on that emitter its 12MHz , which is a fast emitter.

Not the filter's center frequency but its -3dB high frequency rolloff.
