can anyone help with the connections, circuit diagram and code for interfacing of arduino with rf 434mhz module

You need to be more specific. There are many types of "434 mhz" modules available. What do you want to achieve with the module ?

Les.

RF Module 434MHz(Transmitter+Receiver) interfacing with arduino. There is a signal coming through the comparator LM339 which is basically to be transmitted through this RF module. I would be very thankful if you could help me in this regard with the connections and the coding.

Most of the webpages have interfacing 433MHz RF Module but not for 434MHz Rf Module. Also most the google pages have individual working of Transmitter and Receiver but not together. It would be really thankful if you share the required link.

The modules are the same for programming purposes, as are the 315MHz ones - as the modules are simplex the examples tend to be that, if you want duplex (two way) you would need to alternate between TX and RX accordingly. However, these modules are very cheap because they are very low quality, and if you're wanting any serious sort of communication you'd be better off with some better quality ones.
