Interfacing microcontroller with GPS

Hi,
I want to interface AT89s51 with GR-87 GPS...
By using hyperterminal GPS is giving output well...
And simulation using Keil also giving output...
But problem in hardware interfacing...
GPS modem sends 3V cmos output...
