interfacing ADC0808 with lm 35 temp sensor

please can you help me in interfacing adc0808 with lm35 temperature sensor and also in interfacing adc0808 with 89c52 microcontroller.
 
Use something like an LM76 and read temperature straight into the processor.

Fewer ICs, fewer pins used on the processor.

It wouldn't meet the requirements of his assignment, there's no way this isn't a school assignment - lot's of pretty identical questions turning up
