We have to make this project using 8051(Philips)..basically we will be using IR sensors to sense the traffic(total number of inputs will be 12)..and accordingly we will control the red lights(total number of output will be 12)..
We will also be using ULN2803..between the micro controller and LEDs..
can sum one help me with the circuit??
and how can we burn the program on the micro controller??
do we need any other hardware??
