integrator designing using opamp

[iieeahmed]

basically im designing an integrator for square wave with time period
less than 10ms(prefable 8ms).. i m having some problems regarding design..

1)op amp 741 is not working??
2)i used op 07 it worked but only for those square wavedswhich
have duty cycle of 50%
3)i wona design integrator so tht its gain should not exceed 3
and at the same time it response time (RC)should remain less than
10ms(prefarable 8ms)
