I intend to use an op-amp for isolation instead of the isolation transformer.
Is there any useful op-amp which can do isolation?

Isolation between a high voltage circuit and low voltage circuit.

Because I need to measure line voltages/currents with a MCU.

Use the transformer on the line side; do the AC to DC conversion on the secondary side.

Nope, it'll offer zero isolation. If the source is AC use a transformer.
