To measure output voltage of Light sensor LDR, i used voltage divider circuit like the one on the attachment. I have a problem of measuring output voltage of motion sensor called Infrared photo detector (rs: 2017729) using voltage divider circuit because it has three pins for drain, source and ground. can anyone help me with the circuit diagram that i must use.

Do you have a data sheet?

That sensor is specifically designed to detect IR heat emmissions from the human body. Look it up on Futurelec and you'll find the matching control IC.

In fact, I'll do it for you.
