Infineon IGBT

Hello,

I'm looking for the spice model of the FZ2400R17KE3 produced by Infineon. I have already sent them an email to find out if they have one but I have no answer.
Does anyone know if there is one or if there is one with similar characteristics so that I can simulate on Ltspice.
