yes this would probably help a lot, although I'm feeding back the entire output so in a way the output capacitor does this but obviously thats the very one thats got the oscilation over it, perhaps i need to use a potential divider like the one in that diagram or use a further low pass filter just for feed back. Like I said in this instance I'm not worried about voltage ripple, although oscilation is just a bit too much.
