what wire thickness can l use to make a 10 micro H inductor to be used in an oscillator which transmits in the broadcast band

The question is more like, how much current will it take? Followed by, what is the frequency? Since you said broadcast band I assume around 1Mhz.

10µH is a pretty small value. Depending on how much current you expect it to carry you can use some pretty heavy gage wire.

what wire size can l use to make a 10 micro H inductor to be used in the oscillator of a transmitter to transmit at 100 Mhz, powered by a 9 V battery

For a 9V battery it can be really, really small wire. There are a lot of coil calculators out there.
