induction cooker circuit

I doubt it will be simple.
What power supply do you intend to use?
How much power must the cooker generate?
 
A simple heater:

Good for heating nails, if you want load sof power then you'll have to do a lot more work.

Edit: apologies I reread the title, the circuit I posted is for as I said heating nails, a commercial cooker will have considerably more development in it, the site does explain the theory in simple terms however.
