In Glasgow

Hey, i have come to Glasgow for my MSc. from the University of Strathclyde. Anybody live in the area?

I found your post a little confusing - presumably because English isn't your first language (although it's excellent).

I initially read it as you had moved to Glasgow FROM the University of Strathclyde.

Presumably it should be read as you've moved TO the University of Strathclyde IN Glasgow?.

(I'm presuming the University of Strathclyde is in Glasgow?).

Where did you move from?, and presumably your Msc is in Electronics?.

Oh yeah. I have come to Glasgow to do my Msc. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Sorry for that...its like a Pakistani version of english where we say that a qualification is done from some institute, it should be at the institute. I have come from Hyderabad, Pakistan. You live nearby? I would to meet somebody from the forum in person.

Sorry, I'm well south of Glasgow, and haven't ever even been to Scotland.

There are a number of Scottish members here though.
