Iiyama Board: Electronic Parts/Manual

I need the following, where would I get it?

IC, UC3842AN. From the board of Iiyama HA202DT 21" monitor, also:
IC, MC33260P. From same board.

Schematics also for this monitor.

As i see You have a problem with power supply. The complete sematic hard to find, but i've repaired many monitors only from datasheets. The MC33260 is a power factor controller from ON semiconductors, UC3842 is SMPS controller from many manufacturers.
