IGBT Gate Turn on current drawing

Is there a direct relationship between the DC bus voltage in an inverter system and the current IGBTs draw/give off when they are switched off/on?
for example an inverter is supplied with 120 VDC and another is supplied with 432 VDC, it seems that in the second system the Gate current needed to turn on/off IGBTs is more. is it true?
Is it due to the parasitic capacitances within the IGBT?

If they are the same part number, it is unlikely. Do you have a schematic you can show?

BTW, how is the faludeh these days? (yummy).

The circuit is simply a three phase inverter bridge. IGBTs are all the same type, made by Semikron (SKM Series).
anyway, why is it unlikely?
I told you some months ago, faludeh is Shirazi, although we hame them here too. But anyway, faludeh is always fantastic.
