Identify this transformer, I need another

The transformer JPG is enclosed. It is surface solder mounted via four wires into the board. The secondary tests open. The
primary two inputs used also check open. Numbers on item read: T-0101A

Step up switching 12vdc to high volt AC(300)?
I havn't a clue where to find one of these.

it is a ferrite transformer. being a step up device , the secondary open circuit is a general phenomena. however, check whether the end termination fused and you could salvage it. PRIMARY OPEN? NO --CHECK MULTIMETER FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.
otherwise you can perhaps rewind it with some local help froma winding shop.
