Custom made regulator device. I believe it was manufactured for computer motherboard/video cards by uPI semiconductor out of Taiwan. It is probably similar to **broken link removed** . ---not worth searching for specific datasheet as it appears available to purchase in open market. Caution; center heat sink SMD device which is a bit more difficult to work with.
