ICE3B0565 Off-line SMPS current mode controller

Anyway of replacing this with an alternative or bypassing it?
Its on a PS board,
OK, so bypassing may not be an ideal alternative but may help to determine if this is not working.

I have replaced Infineon's ICE ics with Fairchild Power Switches like KA5L0365RN

This is the ICE3B0565 datasheet and ICE3B0565 cross reference of other parts that could replace it.

You may have to make a few changes to the circuit and rewire the pin connections.
