Does anyone know where to find the application firmware and bootloader firmware of the ICD2? I am trying to rescue the my faulty ICD2 and i suspect the firmware is corrupt. I have another ICD2 to manually reprogram the faulty ICD2. On the ICD2 folder of the MPLAB, i see a few hex files but im not sure which is the bootloader for PIC18F4550 & PIC16F877 and which are the application firmwares.
