Iam really in big PCB design problem under Orcad Suite 9.2

Is there any guide, anyway, andything i can do to learn how i can design a complete PCB from just drawing the schematic for the circuit, suz i copleted designing PWM, and 8-bit DAC and i realy raly nedd help in putting them in a PCB, and if there are other solutions other than Orcad i will try them thanks in advance :(
