I’m looking for a simple and cheap, short range(10m) of I2C-to-antenna solution. Is it possible for a RF transmitter/receiver directly connects a sensor that has an I2C interface? Could you please give some advice and suggestion? Thank you!
It's possible, but only because the transceiver itself has a built-in programmable microcontroller that can be programmed to interface with the I2C sensor.
The only one I know of is the new Zigbee Programmables. But I Know there are more out there. I'm just not sure how difficult it is to get your hands on them.
