I want to build a matrix switching unit; where I can switch any 6 of 36 guitar effects pedals in series...(I only want a maximum of six in line)....I have quite a few DPDT enter off switches if need be- and am still looking for a 6 by 6 matrix switch but I'm not sure I will see one ever....does anyone have a schematic for something like this?...Thanks in advance guys!...............dr

Maxim have some Audio-Video matrix ICs. The signal swing must be within the power supply rails. so they need a dual polarity supply, or a bias voltage on the inputs.

Why do you wanna wire *36* pedals together? I hope this is for studio use, and not live? Are you sure you want to deal with all the problems? All the extra wiring and connections will add so much noise to the signal... You do realize what you're up against, right? Just checking ;)
