I want to burn hex code from Laptop to p89v51rd2. but I don't know which one cable is use

serial port
microcontroller nxp89v51rd2
compiler - keil
programer software - flesh magic
com port 1
baud rate 9600
interface - none ISP

which cable is used to burn hex code?

You gotta use a usb to serial adaptor and a DB9 cable for programming. But I'm a bit sceptic about the convertor. Might need the full swing of the real RS232 goodness.

look at this picture there are two cable that is used for serial communication from laptop to db9 connector
So I need two cable or only one usb to rs232 db9 serial cable

USB to RS-232 cable should have a male connector
dev board should have a male connector

USB to male connector + db9 female connector -----------------------db9 female connector + db9 male connector from development board
