i know exist TPS70245, TPS70248 TPS70251, TPS70258 TPS70202 AND LTC3407EMSE

please new ic recommend me

What input voltage, how much current? Is cost more important than efficiency? Do you have any efficiency requirements?

my input voltage is 12v but by 7805 decrease to 5v

i need max current 500mA
the cost is not important

TPS62402 is a very nice part from TI. If you pull the DEF pin high, it will have 1.8V @ 400ma and 3.3V @ 600ma for outputs. Very small solution, only needs 2.2uH inductors and 10-22uF output caps.
