i need help for my senior project...

hello everybody, i nid a senior pic or zilog project. we already decided to do sms controller featured by siliconchip but the problem is that the project was created in avr. Do you know any website that features the same project using pic or zilog.. or can you give me an alternative project using pic or zilog that we can built for out thesis. thanks and hope u can give me one...

from my point of view, a PIC wouldn't have the speed to handle the infromation from the phone and well... I have no experience in zilog mc's so really your probably gonna have to find some other project to try!!

This project is available in kit form from jaycar electronics, but i'm sceptical about it being used as a senior project. Aren't you supposed to desisn your own projects??? and not do projects that have already been prepared???
