I am tired since long time searching datasheet or at least service manual that exist in a scheme. But no info What is the equal or pinouts for this tr? Its made by infineon.

Have you tried a 78N12 search on the web, this gives a 3 pin regulator.??

Thanks but this is not regulator normal power mosfet tr.

I meant a picture of the actual device you have! But looking up "infineon coolmos" gets you this: **broken link removed**

The selection guide makes me wonder if the part number you gave is correct?

why not a photograph of the damaged chip to the extant visible visible
