Google "3 turn potentiometer" and "multiturn potentiometer". Most are wirewound. The search also turned up a 4 turn trimpot with planetary drive.

There are multi turn presets (pots), but I've never seen a 3 turn one. usually they are high precision presets with a high number of turns (like 18).

Don't know if anyone else has come across a 3 turn pot?

A three turn potentiometer, i presume you mean the shaft will rotate 1080 degrees, unless you mean three potentiometers ganged together, either are available to buy, but might be expensive.

You need to provide more info; like a resistance value.

How about using a normal pot then gearing it down to an appropriate ratio?.
