the power suply does not give the right voltage outputs...instead of 12v it gives 10 and so on...i thought that the power suply was the problem but now i think that is a short circuit somewere along the way....
i need to know what could generate this kind of problem (instead of a short)...
 
If the monitor older than 2 years, first check all elkos (polarized capacitors), check the horizontal defl. unit, and the vertical IC.
If the hor.section disconnected, You can check the supply 85..105V output with 220V 60W bulb as dummy load.
