I am working with PICfj256da210 of microchip. I am facing a problem of writting code on pic. I am using mplab icd3 and trying to write code on my pic in board. It is giving me following error whenever I am trying to power my circuit

ICD3Err0086: Target Device ID (ffff0000) does not match
expected Device ID (410e0000). If you experience persistent
problems communicating, the ICD 3 test interface can be
used to help diagnose the problem.

I wil be very thankful if some one guide me in right path.

I think that is a standard error saying the programming does not work.

Check all the usual causes;
PIC has no power
programming wires connected wrong
wires shorted
something interfering with MCLR Vpp pin (wrong pullup resistor etc)

Thanks for reply
I have checked all my circuit and even the pins of rj11 for mplab icd3. I have checked with picscope as well and they were giving the right waveform. I don't why it is giving me this error still.
