Hysteresis problem for level relay ?

Hi,
I got stuck with my level relay to control a submersible pump. I was searching for a simple solution for its hysteresis problem with that kind of relay ??
does anyone know such a solution ?

For hysteresis you need a float with a different set point for high and low water levels, or else two different level relays. It has to done physically, it can't be done electronically.
