I found on an old alarm system a Intel D8751H microcontroller and I want to use it. The problem is that I don´t know the pinout, don´t know any programmer circuit and software and also don´t know a circuit to use it.

The only microcontroller I know is the PIC 16F84, so I have no experience with this one.

If any of you has also the D8751H datasheet or know where to find it, please tell me.

Thanks

I don't know anything about that particular chip, but I would strongly suspect it's either OTP (One Time Programmable) or Mask Programmable (programmed during manufacture). Both are normal practice in commercial equipment, OTP at first to make sure the bugs are ironed out, then buy them ready programmed from the IC manufacturer.
