How to test a Dual SCR

What a brute!

I'm no expert but I think I would just functionally test it.
I'd use maybe 12 volts to forward bias it then apply the 12 volts thru about 50 ohms to the gate.
Use about a 20 ohm load.
When you trigger the gate the should latch with 11 volts or so across the load.
When you disconnect the load it should turn off and when you reconnect the load the there should be very little voltage across the load.
Maybe someone else has a better idea.

This link is a diagram that pretty much provides a schematic of what Ron suggest, hopefully it will help. Just test each SCR in the pack independently using the data sheet you linked to for the pin out.
