How to set the digital timer (74LS90 and 74LS47) to make feeding module to run?

Hi,

Do anyone knows how to set the digital timer to make feeding module to run at a cycle of 2 hours?Do it need programming to set it?
 
Do you have a circuit or block diagram for what you are doing? You need more than just a 74LS90 and a 74LS47.
 
The schematic diagram is as below.

That circuit appears to be a digital clock and not a timer, thus there is no way to set it without significantly modifying the circuit.
 
The stuffs that I want to do is using this digital clock to make things to run on a period of time. I heard that it requires motor to control. How to control it with motor?
