How to repair this plug in connector where wires came loose

How do I repair this?

You need to get the crimp terminals out of the plastic housing. There will be some sort of clip to hold them in, and there may even be two. The clip or clips need to be released and then the wires can be re-crimped or soldered into the crimp terminals, and put back into the housing. Putting them back is normally really easy, if they haven't been made too big with a poor crimp or a lot of solder.
