WHAT? I don't understand your English, other than you have a Kenwood remote control that apparently is for a television and it doesn't work properly? Try to proof read your post before submitting it.

do you cek the sirkuit , have any short in sirkuit ? or have any not good capasitor in regulator sirkuit ?

Replacement tv remotes are only a few dollars. And squeaky clean too.

Either write a letter to Kenwood requesting a schematic (if they will even sell you one?) or keep browsing the Internet for something on-line.
