The site which the OP wants to join is Turkish, so unless someone here can read/speak Turkish...
...there is not much help to be had.

Personally, I know more Korean than I do Turkish.

If you use google and translate the site you can click the "Register" button... That links you to an email address that you use to request the code!!!
