You need a prommer that can program the EPROM at 12.75Vpgm.
The prommer outputs the EEPROM address,the data from a HEX file and uses the EEPROM control pins to WRITE the hex data and then VERIFY the hex data in the EEPROM.
If the EEPROM isnt already erased to all 'FF's, you need a UVeraser.
