How to make PCB in any software

hi,

if i make a circuit in any program like in workbench or in orcad and i want the software to make the pcb by itself , how can i make that?

You have to make drawing in format that can be understood by PCB design software package of your choice. Check Eagle PCB for example. It has own editor, autorouter etc.
