how to have a voice input to telephone using a recorder and PIC

hye i am buliding a project which i need to input voice to the telephone when the PIC 16F877A activate the telephone to dial a certain number.

so when the telephone finishes dialling there will be voice input to talk to the person at the other end of the line.

my problem is i dunno how input the voice to the telephone and how to connect the recorder to the telephone.

anyone please help me?
