How to get the internal capacitance values from datasheets?

hi,
Do you mean these definitions.?

Cobo = Output capacitance

Cibo = Input capacitance

Cje = Base to Emitter junction capacitance

Cjc = Base to Collector junction capacitance

EDIT:
Added a pdf that explains it.
