HOW TO GENERATE AN .asm FILE

HI EVERYBODY
IM NEW TO THIS FIELD.
CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO CREATE AN ASSEMBLY FILE OR .asm file in MPLAB. alsocan u note the steps in creating an .hex file from MPLAB.

You down load the data sheet for the pic you want to use read it and open up
Mplab use the Project then the Project Wizard and set to use mpasm then write some code click build and it makes the hex to load into the pic.
