Hi, I would like to know how can I drive the 25W LED?

**broken link removed**

I would like to drive via 230V AC as it will replace 100W halogen bulb.
I know I can get ready made LED power supply 700 mA 30 W, RACD30-700 bu it's expensive as the led itself.
