how to decrease rpm of DC motor from 220 to 200...

You can use PWM.
 
Or reduce the voltage.
 
is the dc motor brush or brushless ? how many volts are being used, how big is the motor ? what is the KV of the motor if known ?
 
Increase the load could theoretically lower the rpm to 200.
Same could a resistor in serie do.

Both methods "works", but the precision is of course not a subject for further discussion if such a method is used.
 
i have two dc motors of 200 rpm and 220 rpm . i wanna set them on same rpm . how can i do????
Connect their shafts together. Then it's impossible for them to have different speed, unless if you use some sort of gear mechanism.
