how to connect int pin to low signal

hi i am using pic 16f690 enhanced pwm there is auto shut mode ..CCP_SHUTDOWN_ON_INT0.. am using this command
how to give low signal to this pin (17 pin ) INT..the below ckt is i connected but output not getting ..

if i remove the transistor it is working (PWM)

the base always pulled down to gnd

also base signal is zero

any one help me

It is not clear to me what it is you are trying to do.

Your schematic shows no connection to the base, but your text says it is pulled down to ground.

What is the signal that you want to drive the INT pin?
