How one dish antenna can receives and transmits at the same time (at phones' tower)?

There is only one radio dish antenna at cell phone tower used to connect one tower to another. How this antenna able to do its job (Tx and Rx) at same time? Also, to communicate between cell phone and tower, are there different antenna? And how cell phone acts as a Rx and Tx using same antenna and same system? :|

You can use the same antenna (on different frequencies) for send and receive with a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diplexer

At lower freqencies they are are commonly used to share send antennas.
I was once the site manager (in the 1970's) for HF comm site that had over twenty 20Kw transmiters connected via massive HF frequency 'Diplexers' to very large log periodic and discone antennas.

circulators are wonderful devices :)

here's a basic block diag of a 23GHz linking system for a cell tower that I drew up quite some years ago

you can see the circulator splitting the TX and the RX. This was all done in waveguide
