How much power can i get from these RF transistor on FM?

2n3866 has total dissipation of 5 watt, but it can produce only 1.5 watt RF on FM band (on Tx), normally.
How much maximum power can i get from these on FM tx:-
2n3553
2n4427
2n2219
2sc1971
2sc1970
Normally guess for me.
 
look up the data sheets on https://www.datasheetarchive.com/ they usually state the test conditions and usually Pout is stated in the test data.

btw if some of the test conditions state a supply voltage of 28V, it's because the device was probably used in military applications.
